Qart Deco, conceived and realised as my Diploma project during my undergraduate studies, represents my venture into creating a Georgian font family. Comprising three distinct display fonts, it upholds a cohesive design concept and style, while preserving the unique visual elements and essence of the Art Deco era.
Given Georgia's historical context and the limited availability of Georgian fonts, particularly those encapsulating a historical narrative, my aim was to develop display fonts that not only echoed the original style but also captured the visual essence of Art Deco, making it the first ever Georgian Art Deco style font family.
